Pros
When I first came to First Security Service, I admit I had my doubts about whether the company would be the best fit for me. However, that soon changed and I’ve been with the company for more than half a decade. There are many reasons why I’ve stayed at FSS - I love the work that I do, the environment I’m in, and the colleagues I work with - those are the big reasons.
Cons
Like any company, First Security Service is constantly evolving, and constantly growing too. Change can rub some people the wrong way, but from experience, management at the company have stuck to their core values, which is important and good to know.
