-Unorganised boss -messy management system and lack of clear instructions/directions for projects -low salary and minimal pay compensation or pay increment -lack of proper guidance and company system resulting in rushed datelines -for young inexperienced staff, you will be thrown into the deep end and be pretty lost to figure out things yourself without proper SOP -sad office environment with just a singular water dispenser and no proper pantry/no design office feel/is not a design studio, no organised material library -when projects are delayed, no support from boss and was forced to face angry clients when it is of no fault of the designer
