      Pros

      I loved working here. They usually hired from within, so there were always people getting promotions. They are a community bank. They worked with you and your family events.

      Cons

      Since being a community bank, a lot of people from the community work there. Sometimes you had to have the right last name to fit in.

      Unbelievable culture, everyone cares about your development and success. This is the case from the top of senior management to tellers inside every branch.

      This bank is one I would highly recommend for anyone with ambition to succeed.
