Overall the cons are very, very small compared to the pros!!! Unfortunately some of the great people at FT have left because they weren't allowed to work fully remote (even though they already work only 1- 3 days a week onsite). The requirement to make people be onsite seems to be never ending and out of touch with reality (but this isn't unique to FT). There are too many silos and rejections to tearing them down and working together, even when we are required to do so (also - some teams don't share information even though it is required for your job). There are teams across the org that are paying for different systems that do the same thing - instead of talking and consolidating. So there are pockets of the things that are always challenging in any organization. But overall - again - the Pros far outweigh the Cons and I don't think many companies can say that.
