Stable company that has been around long term. Good Benefits - time off, insurance paid for (employee only), bonuses.
Several long term employees, but management typically does a good job of identifying those that are ready to move up if their work performance puts them ahead of someone who has been there longer.
Cons
Still a very conservative industry. Expect business dress (no tennis shoes and jeans only on Friday), natural hair colors, limited visible tattoos and piercings. Banks can't be closed for too many days in a row, so don't expect to get a day off for bad weather.
