Pros
Very professional and sharp company to work for. The people in this company were invariably very nice to me during my few encounters with them. I worked at a property of theirs in an entry level position at the "Watermark" in San Francisco. My manager was very fair and was one of the more pleasant ones I have ever worked for.
Cons
My position was part time on weekends at one of their properties while I was finishing graduate school. I can't say much about folks that work in an administrative or executive capacity for the company but I was treated fairly.
