Pros
- People (for the most part). The everyday, in-the-trenches people were all great to work with. - Benefits. Honestly very good for such a small company.
Cons
- Poor financial and people management. If you hire someone, and then working 3 months lag them off as part of mass layoffs, you might not know how to run a business. No performance management processes currently in place to objectively evaluate performance.
