Management listen and genuinely care, flexible working, good employee benefits, great office location and progression within the business is encouraged.

None that I can think of at the moment.

Lots of donkey work with documentation which most often is not even useful for the customer.

1. Smattered management with no sense of direction or control over employees. 2. People are often sitting in the senior role just because they have been there for many years and have no actual engineering experience or knowledge. 3. And of course no career progression other than scam roles they name themselves
