Pros
Location is local
Office is nice
Cons
Micro management to the core, chasing you out the toilet and very low trust of you being able to manage your own work. Constantly staring at your screen even when you've done everything correctly.
Lack of organization and respect between departments, everyone points fingers at each other and responsibility isn't a thing. You find yourself constantly ringing around different departments seeking for information and people bother you non stop. If you don't assist right away you'll be reported.
Little to not training at all, just get chucked straight into the role and then get spoken down to if you don't know something.
No recognition for hard work, if you work hard and complete your work early, you don't get congratulated but shouted at for not taking on jobs from other departments. The manager says if you're not staying behind and not coming in early, you're not working hard enough.
The atmosphere is cold and the only conversations you end up having is team members complaining about customers or complaining about colleagues from different departments.
Your first week is held in a balance and not paid to you. You only get paid once you leave. There is also no sick pay even if you're off for 1 day.
