      Info edge India HR Policy. Opportunity to learn sales cycle and develop selling skills. Good as well as timely pay scales, incentives and reimbursements. The learning not just limited to sales but Operations as well.

      Cons

      Being a part of Business Development team, you see your colleagues in naukri.com selling easily while you have to push your product in the market. This can sometimes get demoralizing.
