      Training is the only thing that company provides. They can't keep people there. Ask why ?

      Cons

      Pressure sales in Atlanta market. Worst land positions. I would get the training & go to a builder that knows how to sell homes in the ATL market & make real money

      Self-autonomy, Lots of responsibility (depending on mngr), Learn lots about industry. Hands on in the field.

      Cons

      Churn and burn employees. Upper mgmt does not care about construction team. Many people left within a 2-3 years of being there.
