      Great company to work for. They have a very extensive training program for the construction department. They also do everything they can to set you up for success.

      Cons

      COVID - it has hit trade capacity.

      Pros

      Self-autonomy, Lots of responsibility (depending on mngr), Learn lots about industry. Hands on in the field.

      Cons

      Churn and burn employees. Upper mgmt does not care about construction team. Many people left within a 2-3 years of being there.
