From my personal experience with the Virginia Beach branch, it was poorly managed with an inexperienced manager. They had 2 experienced window washers in the entire company and morale was terrible amongst the employees. If you're a hard worker, they'll push you to work more and more regardless how much you're making them. You'll basically end up being the entire backbone of the company. If you're a weak worker, you'd be better off working at an hourly company. The majority of their employees are unskilled, lazy, and complain about not making enough, so you end up having to do more than your share of work unless you want to join them. They'll send you all over town for $4 jobs and give you 2 or 3 $20 jobs to make up for it.
