As a former Process Operator at Fisher Services Ltd, my experience was unfortunately not as positive as I had hoped. While the company does offer necessary training, the work environment was often overwhelming, with high-pressure deadlines and a lack of sufficient staffing during busy periods. This led to excessive workloads, making it difficult to keep up with expectations, and the physical demands were challenging without adequate support.
Communication between management and staff was often lacking, and there was little room for employee feedback or growth. Despite raising concerns about equipment maintenance and operational issues, there seemed to be minimal effort to address these problems, which led to recurring inefficiencies and frustration on the floor. Overall, my time at Fisher Services felt more like a constant struggle rather than a positive work experience, and I felt undervalued as an employee.
