Pros
Good as an entry level corporate job. It will teach you about what you do and don't want in your next job when you inevitably move on from here.
Cons
Poor documentation, ticket flow and constant break downs in communication between teams, which makes it difficult to deliver consistent results to the clients they work with. If you are a person of color, and want to work here, please don't think this place is progressive. It is like any other company with a majority Caucasian workforce. You will deal with microaggressions from coworkers, clients and upper management alike. And do NOT ever assume anything is confidential when it comes to HR. It is not. Nepotism is rampant, which is typical for a small company so just know, that if that is a deal breaker for you, don't work here. Although it is founded by women, this company is NO DIFFERENT than any other company as it pertains to pay equity. You will not be paid the same amount as your male co workers-even with the same level or more of experience as them, unless you actually ask someone what they are making. And even then, its never guaranteed that you will be compensated equitably.
