Pros
Excellent work-life balance, very interesting jobs, good access to top management at clients, very good internal and external training support, high degree of responsibility even at junior level, independence, virtually no mobbing, very nice and well educated colleagues, good compensation compared to a corporate banking job, 20% travel, very international team atmosphere, junior to mid level staff get significantly higher degree of responsibility than at Moody's or S&P but significantly lower compensation
Cons
Incompetence of some senior managers in acting as responsible staff managers, no real team work, no significant benefits except pension contributions, long work hour in some departments (e.g. FI, SF), annual bonus on low side, performance reward not in line with effort undertaken
