Pros
Great place to start your career or go if you value work life balance over everything. You can have a great work life balance and can learn if you reach out, but, a few years in you need to make a decision of being a rating agency person or move to another position. There are definetly a lot of exit opportunities.
Cons
Can get stuck and labeled rating agency. But if you enjoy the life style it works.
