      Good Money in the end Come in later in the morning If good Genereal Manager you are able to work out during down time

      Cons

      LATE untraditional hours never two days off in a row not enough guaranteed pay Goals are un realisitc at time NO work life balance

      No growth- the best employees DO NOT get promoted Marketing team doesn’t know a single thing about how to generate leads for their employees Empty promises and long days with no breaks
