Cons
Management is horrible. They show favoritism, they lie about hours and raises, they say “we don’t have any extra hours to give” and then hire more people. They tell us to lie to customers to make more sales and the general manager had no idea how to run a gym. Also the pay doesn’t keep up with inflation or cost of living.
