The company provides a good opportunity to gain initial experience in a laboratory environment. The team is generally supportive, and the workplace can be a good starting point for those entering the field.
Cons
There is a noticeable gap in technical expertise within the team. In some cases, tasks that require specialized microbiology knowledge are handled without sufficient qualified professionals, which can impact the quality of work and overall efficiency.
Upper management is evil, CEO will personally scream in your face and be disrespectful with little to no reason although no reason at all is valid for that type of behaviour. Staff is works based on cliques and thrives ln bullying. Highest turn around ever saw one person last less than 2 weeks. No training at all and then getting screamed at for doing things wrong as well as the expectation to train new employees and guess how to do so. Everything is lie and you will get screamed at if you tell the truth in a logbook or any documentation. HR is an actual joke reported bullying once and the only thing that changed was complete isolation. Working hours used to change every few weeks no idea how it now.
