Works for schools so not great pay

Great work/life balance. Management is very understanding, kind and flexible. Much of the company is made up of former teachers, so staff is compassionate and collaborative. Great company learning events.

Often start an initiative and then it falls off and never resumes. Lack of communication regarding quotas, metrics and targets. Some teams/departments are cliquey.
