Cons
The people you work with have no idea how to do their jobs. Everyone is a couple of jobs in and very green. You will be training them to do their jobs and do yours too. Management team was very toxic to deal with. If you are not a fit to their madness, you will be pushed out slowly or quickly, whatever they are feeling that day.
