cons: - only hires people with undergraduate degrees to do a job that could be done by anyone - bosses are very nice one on one but lack an actual understanding of how to manage the staff. you are not well supported. - a lot of "secrets" in the office that only some are privy to - there are "cliques" - the job is emotionally difficult as people yell and curse at you on the phone a lot and the place doesn't do a good job supporting you after that or training you to deal with it - for some reason those who work in the warehouse are treated like second-class employees - no health benefits
