Depending on team you’re apart of, there’s good morale and decent culture. People team really strive for wellbeing of staff

Growth opportunities in CS minimal, teams/management don’t manage changes well (and there’s a lot of it, good and bad). Honestly there’s more I could say but will just leave it at that

WFH is flexible and the office is well located.

Poor culture. Not a meritocracy in the slightest.
