Pros
The place has some great potential and represents a good mission overall. Great meetings with a lot of startups and exposure to the impact industry.
Cons
My experience at FWP was quite mediocre. Although this is a startup atmosphere, the place is completely unorganized and the management is very unprofessional and somewhat condescending. Fact is, everyone who works there is miserable and is looking for their next opportunity.
Work at FWP was either a fire drill or no guidance at all received from management but then after the work is done, they'd say it was wrong or just not even use any of it. There was very little interaction with the interns and getting a hello in the morning was a rare occasion - let alone be able to lean on them/learn from them. They treat the interns as if they are doing them a favor, however I'm pretty sure it's the other around.
