Great culture, good benefits, and office is in a beautiful and walkable location.

Cons

Difficult to move vertically, mostly lateral moves. Not easy for growth internally.

Pros

Flawless is like any early-stage startup, it's busy 24/7. You sign up for that when you join the team, and if you can manage your time effectively, it's absolutely worth it. You get to be part of something groundbreaking, and your work has a direct impact on the organization. The people are nice to be around in the office. There's a general sense of support for each other and a clear excitement around ensuring the success of the products.

Cons

Office mandate, but that's pretty standard these days.

Pros

Pros... tough to find. The hybrid schedule was nice.

Cons

1. The culture here sucks. period. Over corporatized. constant nit picking in 1 on 1 meetings. "high performance culture" but not high performance pay or benefits. 2. The managers are TERRIBLE. Totally clueless. Can't make decisions and when they do they completely change them a week later. Or just flat out lie. 3. The office is mediocre. Constantly un stocked. No real amenities. just bare bones. 4. The pay. No raises or promotions given. They talk about promotions but never have a clear layout of how to reach them. 5. The workflow is nauseating. One of the most poorly set up workflows Ive ever worked with. every task takes for ever to accomplish due to constant need to engage in some sort of corporate guide book. 6. Clients where always given a timeline that was impossible and forced employees to work weekends and overtime every day WITHOUT pay. When they did finally introduced paid weekends it was for the second weekend day worked. Make that make sense. The place felt like a revolving door of people constantly leaving or getting fired. It also felt like the place was constantly running out of money.
