Pros

I mean you start off feeling welcome and learn how to do things over time.

Cons

Some management might pick on you and send you home after working 5 minutes because you didn't put the parts in an order so the parts didn't get ordered and I've always lived and learned and if I get sent home I'm not really learning since I'd be getting less experience by not. Plus the manager said he found out that in order to keep me on payroll he has to work me 1 hour a week and he over exaggerates often. It might sound like I'm complaining but I'm just being straight forward. I wasn't sure why I had vehicle keys in my hand and he asked me what they were doing sitting in front of the computer and I told him they'd been in my hand the whole time and of course he didn't have anything to say after I said that.

Pros

Management was very nice. Fun environment to work in. Great scheduling.

Cons

Not very many cons at all. Maybe that some days we were short of staff in the back and had overloads of work to do and not enough time.

Pros

20 percent discount on equipment if you fish or hunt

Cons

Management is not available when needed. You get zero training and are expected to know how to do your job from minute one Management gets frustrated and angry easily. If you don’t have land or a tractor you know how to fix or have a secondary income this job is not for you Terrible pay Terrible scheduling Can’t keep any full time employees Management has personal kingdom syndrome and will talk your ear off about how much cooler they are than you
