Great to interact with customers and actually see the difference when you help someone find something they love! There are also perks such as giveaways from different running shoe brands and merchandise discounts.
Cons
It is a very hands on retail sales job. You will spend 30 min to an hour with each customer with foot analysis and fitting shoes.
