Pros
Insurance is great, set hours. Area supervisors are fair. They try their best to keep morale strong. But they are fighting with upper mgmt
Cons
Senior management has no clue about work conditions on the floor. Machinery is old all they do in "band-aid" it, till breaks down again. Very hot in summer and we were just told they are NOT replacing or adding new fans. Point system is not fair, 6 points and fired. No sick or personal time. If you want to get paid during shut down better save your vacation time, so they tell you when to take vacation. Top out pay after 18 months.. Serious. We Have to give them 48 hours if we need to take a day off. But they can walk up on Friday and "request" you work Sat.
