      Pros

      Lots of information available to help accelerate your career path. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects and prove your worth. Easy to stand out and have your strong work ethic noticed because it is such a small company.

      Cons

      Management doesn't fairly compensate employees when extra work is needed to complete a project in time. Not enough resources available which can lead to overworking and unnecessary stress.

      Employees, experience, and the passion everyone puts into there work is the best reasons to work at FlexEl!

      Cons

      Lots of hard work when having to clean up and make sure everything is as it was when first entering the lab.

      Interned with them for a year. NIce work environment, friendly coworkers. Had a great time. It's a startup so the pay might not be that great, but the work atmosphere compensated for what we lacked financially
