My internship at FlexGen was an incredible experience. The Early Careers Program is thoughtfully built, giving interns opportunities to make real, meaningful contributions in a short amount of time. Team members genuinely value intern insights and treat us like an important part of the team. It’s a collaborative environment where people are just as eager to learn from interns as we are to learn from them.
The program includes strong components that keep the work engaging and enjoyable. I truly looked forward to coming into the office every day and working alongside my peers.
