Felt like family when got interviewed however, things changed when started working and recognizing people at the firm at various levels.
Cons
Not flexible, doesn't recognize employee's efforts and not available for solving their problems. Top management isnt aware of what is going on at the lower levels and only trust their favorite people to know the performance of employees. Female employees are important until they get married or have kids. Maternity benefits or any kind of support during and beyond 9 months is not to be expected with this company. They will not give you your appraisal when they get to know you are on family way. This is regardless of your performance. Your appraisal, hike, incentives and promotion will be cancelled for no reason. When asked, they will say 'none of these is given to employees on bench'. Maternity = being on bench for them. All in all, this firm doesnt create a friendly, open and positive work environment for their employees. Your clients may love your work but being an employer, they will not let you succeed.
