Pros
I believed in the initial mission of this company and strived to give the best customer service. I loved working with the Walmart associates and each and everyone of my customers.
Cons
No such thing as anonymous employee hotline. Anything you report gets back to whomever you were reporting. No appreciation from upper management for jobs well done. No understanding of the different geographical areas and those sales and collection tactics needing to be according to the area. They will walk in and lay you off without notice and say they are closing the store but in all actuality, they haven't approved that with Walmart. AND they send the account manager to tell the Walmart manager that the store is closing because the DM doesn't have the balls to do it themselves.
