Pros
Pay is good. Coworkers are excellent. Relationships built with customers make it easier to do business. Pretty easy job when all coworkers are trained on their duties.
Cons
Not enough people coming through the doors. We need better marketing. The people we do get, don't deserve to be harrassed multiple times daily for payment. Office changes their business model on us every couple of months when things don't work out. President and CEO need to get up to speed with new times. They don't have any vision or new ideas. Good thing the owner has deep pockets, this company is hemorrhaging cash and most stores can't turn a profit due to all the negativity associated with the name Flexi by previous owners and employees that did so many people wrong.
