Great Job - Machine Operator Flexitech Employee Review

Relatively well-kept, organized, with a mostly good atmosphere. Regular breaks and reasonable pay. I'm coming from much more fast-paced, cash-tight industries working multiple positions in multiple factories. The higher requirement on quality just makes this industry much more structured.

Company moving out of state in a year. Management seems oddly structured, could be more efficient, but may be partially an indirect result of the company moving. A lot of workers don't appreciate how much better this workplace is simply as a result of the industry, compared to others.

Have met some very great people while employed here.

Two 10 minute breaks and a 20 minute lunch which are all cut short by a 2 minute warning bell to get back to work. The pay is not enough to live without struggling each week to pay bills, buy groceries, get gas to get back and fourth to work. Morale is at an all time low...
