Great company culture with strong growth opportunities for team members - Head of Partnerships Flexperto Employee Review

I was working in Flexperto for 7 months as working student, and it was an amazing experience. Pros: 1) Interaction with CTO, CEO, Business managers 2) Informative consultations with all departments for all projects of the company, so there is opportunity to learn many things except for the content of your job position, especially if you are ambitious. 3)Amazing team environment both within IT team(that I was working) and in general with all employees, with team events, beers e.t.c. Founders have invested a lot to achieve that. 4) CTO really open minded, and receptive to new ideas came from developers.He really trust the team members. 5) Your effort make sense! 6) Flat hierarchies , with cool young founders.

For my side there is no disadvantage for the company. I could say that the product was not related to my educational background and that is the reason that I left from Flexperto.

* Sometimes communication can be a bit slow.
