Pros

Brilliant business actually changing the world. You work with smart people on interesting problems. Nice offices and amenities. Clients really love us.

Cons

The culture is toxic. The leadership team is basically all men and the company is full of sexism, favoritism and politics. Who you play on the weekends with is more important. Another example of the myth of silicon valley meritocracy.

- CEO is actually inspiring and interesting - Market leading tech and service - comp is better than traditional logistics companies

Cons

Work/life balance could be better. Being on a path to regular promotion means serious workloads.

Pros

Lots of really smart and nice people at the company. The culture has improved a lot recently. There's a good amount of room to develop and jump on things that you might not be exposed to in other companies.

Cons

The company moves a little too fast at times and maybe overlooks things that are working well and don't necessarily need to be changed for "efficiency" at the risk of doing things incorrectly. It can be hard to move up in some departments. work/life balance varies a lot by team.
