Great environment State of the art technology Opportunity for growth Very caring and supportive executive team My job is not boring. I'm not doing the same thing day in day out. There are plenty of fun activities happening through out the year. I've been working at Flight Network for several years. I started at an entry level position and quickly moved up to a mid Senior level position as the company grew. I had the opportunity of working directly with our CEO for a couple of years. He's truly a visionary. It was a privilege to work under his direction. I acquired a wealth of knowledge about this business from him . My direct Executive never fails to recognize my hard work and always creates a fun environment. While going through some personal health issues last year, there was overwhelming support from the executive team. This made my recovery very fast and stress free.
Cons
Any entrepreneurial company that grows this fast, will have some growing pains along the way. It's no different for Flight Network. Short term pain for long term gain!!!
