One of the most unique team cultures I've been a part of since it's rare for coworkers to feel like family. Everyone is top tier at what they do whether it's creative, content creation, production, social strategy, account management etc. but the vibe of the team is one of the strongest I've experienced in a workplace. It's a place where you can truly carve your own lane and leadership is 100% supportive of you. The work at Flighthouse also speaks for itself as we're able to create and execute forward-thinking social campaigns with premiere brands since the team has a strong pulse on culture and relevant trends. Flexible work / life balance as well.
Cons
Not your traditional agency so you really have to be scrappy, a self-starter and down to jump in where needed. Teams aren't siloed and there isn't a corporate hierarchy so you'll thrive if you're driven without a crazy ego.
