The HR team here is among the most disappointing I’ve encountered. Their approach doesn’t align with the standards expected from an MNC. There’s little to no focus on employee engagement or welfare, and the priorities seem misplaced on trivial matters instead of initiatives that add real value. The workplace culture is monotonous, with no activities or efforts to make the environment engaging — you’re expected to sit in front of your screen all day. The HR team would greatly benefit from exposure to better-managed organizations to understand how effective people management is actually done. If you have worked in good companies with Perks and Benefits, this is going to be a big disappointment.
