The bosses are approachable, and the management is open and transparent, which creates a positive and inspiring environment to learn and develop new skills. They are also very tech-forward, constantly adopting new technologies to make working smoother and more efficient.
Cons
The fast-paced environment might not be suitable for everyone. It's definitely challenging at times, and you need to be quick on your feet, but it’s a great fit if you're up for the challenge.
