Energetic Place with Great People - Ops Manager Flipdish Employee Review

Flipdish is exactly what I wanted - effective and energising and learning from lots of smart people. I am a few years in and still learning a lot which has surprised me given the tendency to usual hit a natural curve at some companies. In particular I love the Summer Fridays we have gotten before, everyone outside of Ireland has St Patrick's off. I really like the hybrid set up and flexibility. Learning wise, have worked with some great leaders and like the focus on preparing you for management before you take on that role as it isn't easy in my experience. Love the pace of innovation - AI Phone Agent in particular. Some of the leadership team are really good at building relationships with people and knowing what is going on on the ground so to speak.
