Pros
Working at Flipsnack has been really great, especially since I'm a software engineer with lots of experience. One thing I really like is how the company encourages us to come up with new ideas and use new technologies. It feels amazing to be part of a place that always wants to be the best in our industry. I also enjoy how everyone here works together as a team. People from different departments help each other, and this has helped me get better at working with others and talking to different kinds of people. Since I'm a software engineer, I'm happy that I get to use the latest and coolest technologies at Flipsnack. The company gives us everything we need to learn about new stuff, which is important to stay good at our jobs. The management at Flipsnack are really nice. They give us good advice and let us make decisions on our own. This makes me feel important and that I'm helping the company succeed. I also like that Flipsnack cares about us having a good balance between work and our personal lives. This means we don't get too tired and can do our best at work while still having time for ourselves.

At this point in my experience with Flipsnack, I genuinely haven't encountered any significant drawbacks to share. My time here as a software engineer has been incredibly positive, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to the company's growth and success.
