Customer service is hell Call after call Micromanaging Wrap times are so low and managed even the toilet breaks you get. Very draining job

Pros

There is a lot of room for management growth. You can learn a lot of things about sales from the company and employees that work there.

Cons

The pay is not very high. You run around all day to make money for the business. It gets very cold outside in the winter. The hours are usually pushing 60+ a week.
