      Pros

      Good salary. Reasonable sized car park.

      Cons

      Outdated policies and attitudes. Like stepping into 1955 with the way women are treated. Very poor management styles. Very paper based which is ridiculous these days.

      Pros

      There is a lot of room for management growth. You can learn a lot of things about sales from the company and employees that work there.

      Cons

      The pay is not very high. You run around all day to make money for the business. It gets very cold outside in the winter. The hours are usually pushing 60+ a week.
