      FTE comes with healthcare benefit

      Cons

      General lack of leadership, Poor communication, Goofy corporate policies. Laid off all senior management and replaced with stooges, eliminated security guard, generally a soul-sucking experience topped off with some pointless side work. Plus you are required to go to podunk Missouri and visit their grow site for… reasons?

      Excellent opportunities for cross training, education, field experience in the growth of cannabis and/or business, and wonderful management

      Cons

      The Medical Marijuana market in Missouri is extremely limited, so the pay and job security is not the greatest.
