You have to work weekends No breaks (which is fine cause we are so busy)

current head bartender who has way too much power Gets drunk on the job and steals tips from the jar and is super narcissistic and then sabotages every single employee… Like I’ve never worked at a place that had 20 bartenders in a year let alone in four months. I don’t Recommend wasting your time because she will change the schedule after the GM and the assistant manager make the schedule and she’s just nasty.

The downsides of working at Florida Fish Co was told by me that I knew that the lead bartender was stealing and yet he ignored every single time that I told him that she was stealing and also I was told I could get better plates out of the kitchen if I gave them top service
