Highest paid commissions in the industry, the ability to dispense every different manufacturer, NOT micro-managed, management that actual cares about you, the only company who really cares about the patient and will do (and has done) anything to get that patient help. I have worked in many and all different settings in this field, and Joe and Paul are the best and most ethical.
