Inexperienced founder is completely dysfunctional. Scatterbrained and incapable of basic logical reasoning. Piggybacks off the (admittedly great) vision of ealier employees, but now with no execution or strategy at all. All CEOs have areas they're strong in, and areas they're not, which is to be expected. However the good ones know their strengths and don't micromanage their way through every bit of work that goes on, destroying any progress and switching plan every couple of days. Even has the temerity to try and control engineering and operational matters despite being one of the least technical and organised people in the company.
