Pros
They had strong client contracts but many of the management individuals, also some in the executive level, and some other colleagues were subpar.
Cons
Worst company I've worked for. Management and other colleagues were extremely unprofessional. I felt undervalued and under-appreciated. Client engagements were often rushed and overcommitted resulting in poor quality of service because of stress and extreme pressure. Team building exercises were often looked upon negatively and rushed by nearly all members.
